Power Yoga Flow

Power yoga can be describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. What they have in common is an emphasis on strength and flexibility. This flowing, or vinyasa practice links postures one into another, moving in a seamless flow from pose to pose. It has several sequences of standing, balancing, inversions to target all areas of flexibility and strength. Learn to find release through fluid movement, explore reservoirs of strength in the postures, and infuse the body with breathwork. (open) 

Budokon Yoga Flow


This class is breaking molds and traditional perceptions of hatha yoga. Budokon's dynamic blend of traditional and contemporary yoga asana and martial arts builds upon the yoga practitioner's base knowledge of traditional hatha yoga while challenging the practitioner to push past conventional yogic practices. If you love power or vinyasa flow yoga and want to see their evolutionary potential, this is the class for you.



Slow Flow 
A practice serving the practitioner who wants to move with the gentle grace of the breath through a soothing sequence of postures. It is a softer practice for those recovering from injury, pre or post partum mommies, and those seeking a more restorative hour.(Open/Beginner)

It is a combination of traditional Hatha yoga, core conditioning and weight training, seamlessly blended into a body transforming system. Light handweights are used in combination with strength focused yoga postures to balance the body and challenge the mind. Did we mention….. strength training is amazing for weight loss!! (Open)
